What type of shipping options do you offer?
FREE standard shipping on orders over $50 (continental 48 states). Smaller orders have the choice of standard or express shipping options. Standard shipping rates are between $5-$8.
When you place your order, we'll send you a confirmation email that it has been received.
Once your order has been fulfilled, within 1-2 business days, you will receive a second email that includes all relative tracking information.
**Hawaii, Alaska & International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Can the Good Mark Co. ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we absolutely can! As long as you include the correct information in your shipping address, we will be sure your package arrives to you filled with awesome products.
Is there any delivery cost associated with gift cards?
No, gift cards will be emailed to you immediately after you place your order. There is no shipping cost for gift cards.
Since gift cards are fulfilled digitally, they do not count towards free shipping limits on the rest of your order.
Do you offer free shipping and returns?
Yes! We offer FREE standard shipping on US orders over $50. Your free shipping will be automatically applied at check out.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded, less the cost of shipping, to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
What is your packaging made from?
All of our packaging, from tape to boxes and even note cards, consists of recycled and post-consumer materials. Most of our packaging is compostable; however, due to the variances in composting standards across the US, we encourage you to reuse as much as possible and recycle any extras.
Is there an option to ship orders carbon neutral?
Yes their is! We are committed to protecting our planet and we understand the impact e-commerce can have on that. At the bottom of each page, there is an option to plant 1 tree for $1 along with your order. Each tree planted helps offset the carbon footprint of sharing our products with people around the world.
We also offset the emissions caused by transporting our products from Turkey and Zanzibar to the United States.
Help us plant 2,021 trees by the end of 2021!
Is The Good Mark Co. Fair Trade or B Corp certified?
We currently are not either Fair Trade or B Corp certified but we do our absolute best to adhere to all their standards. Once our business is large enough to qualify, we look forward to applying and continuing as a sustainable organization.
Do the creators get paid a fair wage?
The Good Mark Co. believes in business that benefits everybody equally. In the past we have even negotiated against ourselves to try and pay the creators more.
Our prices are determined with input from the creators and we often end up paying them above what is considered a fair wage. Our goal is to succeed together - it's more fun that way!
What happens with the 10% profit that goes back to the artisans?
They use the additional 10 percent to fund projects and charities in their communities.
It is important to us that our creators know we support them, which means also supporting the things they care about. As they begin funding projects and charities of their choice, we will post regular updates on our blog so you can follow along. (Blog coming soon…)
How do you choose who to work with?
That's a great question. There are so many amazingly talented people across our globe and there's no way we could ever support each one of them - even though we wish we could.
We choose to work with artisans we have built personal relationships with as it makes every sale that much more rewarding.
If you have some ideas on where we should find our next collection of products, send us an email with some more information and we'll gladly give it a look.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
Setting up an account is really easy and only takes a couple minutes. All you'll need is your name, shipping details, and then to create a password. Having an account will help you check out faster and keep track of ALL your different orders!
If you would prefer to check out without making an account, that’s no problem. You can select “Continue as guest” at check out.
What do I do if I forgot my password?
No problem – all you need to do is select “Forgot your password?” on the login page. We will email you simple instructions to create a new password and get back into your account.
Are there discounts for large orders?
If you are interested in placing a large order to give away as gifts to your clients or for resale purposes, please contact us at email@example.com.

YES!!! We have a new ambassador program that we would love for you to be part of.
Good Mark Ambassadors receive a major upfront discount to get you started with a few of our products, and a set discount on all products year round! We also give away FREE products each quarter to our best performing Good Mark Ambassadors!
